Orbz are perfect to add some texture and dimension to your balloons! All balloons are shipped flat. If you'd like to have us add air for pick up or to add to a Grab & Go Garland, please choose the air option. If you're wanting to add helium (we do not sell helium) you can choose to pick up flat.
